Art. 65 PTA

Übergangsbestimmung

Verwaltungsräte oder Mitglieder vergleichbarer Organe, die die Voraussetzungen nach Artikel 29 Abs. 1 Bst. e nicht erfüllen, dürfen bis drei Jahre nach Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes im Amt bleiben, ohne dass das Unternehmen deswegen den Anspruch auf Abgeltungen verliert.
