Grundsatz
1 Natürliche Personen und Revisionsunternehmen, die Revisionsdienstleistungen im Sinne von Artikel 2 Bst. a erbringen, bedürfen einer Zulassung.
2 Natürliche Personen werden unbefristet, Revisionsunternehmen für die Dauer von fünf Jahren zugelassen.
