Art. 41 SPO

Anwendungsbereich von Artikel 24c RPG

1 Artikel 24c RPG ist anwendbar auf Bauten und Anlagen, die rechtmässig erstellt oder geändert worden sind, bevor das betreffende Grundstück Bestandteil des Nichtbaugebiets im Sinne des Bundesrechts wurde (altrechtliche Bauten und Anlagen).
2 Er ist nicht anwendbar auf allein stehende, unbewohnte landwirtschaftliche Bauten und Anlagen.
