Blutprobe und Sicherstellung von Urin zum Nachweis von anderen Substanzen als Alkohol
Eine Blutprobe ist anzuordnen, wenn Anzeichen von Fahrunfähigkeit oder Hinweise auf Fahrunfähigkeit vorliegen, die nicht oder nicht allein auf Alkoholeinfluss zurückzuführen sind. Zusätzlich kann eine Sicherstellung von Urin angeordnet werden.
