Anwendbares Verfahrensrecht
1 Soweit dieses Gesetz nichts anderes bestimmt, ist das Verwaltungsverfahrensgesetz vom 20. Dezember 1968 (VwVG) anwendbar.
2 Artikel 22a Abs. 1 VwVG über den Stillstand der Fristen ist nicht anwendbar.
