Art. 29 RTA

Fahrzeuge dürfen nur in betriebssicherem und vorschriftsgemässem Zustand verkehren. Sie müssen so beschaffen und unterhalten sein, dass die Verkehrsregeln befolgt werden können und dass Führer, Mitfahrende und andere Strassenbenützer nicht gefährdet und die Strassen nicht beschädigt werden.
