Art. 40 RTA

Wo die Sicherheit des Verkehrs es erfordert, hat der Fahrzeugführer die übrigen Strassenbenützer zu warnen. Unnötige und übermässige Warnsignale sind zu unterlassen. Rufzeichen mit der Warnvorrichtung sind untersagt.
