Art. 92 RTA

1 Mit Busse wird bestraft, wer bei einem Unfall die Pflichten verletzt, die ihm dieses Gesetz auferlegt.
2 Mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder Geldstrafe wird bestraft, wer als Fahrzeugführer bei einem Verkehrsunfall einen Menschen getötet oder verletzt hat und die Flucht ergreift.
