Grundsatz und Inhalt
1 Der Anbieter kann ein Angebot vor der Veröffentlichung des Angebotsprospektes voranmelden.
2 Die Voranmeldung enthält folgende Angaben:
- a. Firma und Sitz des Anbieters;
- b. Firma und Sitz der Zielgesellschaft;
- c. die Beteiligungspapiere und Beteiligungsderivate, die Gegenstand des Angebotes sind;
- d. den Preis des Angebotes;
- e. die Fristen für die Veröffentlichung des Angebotes und die Angebotsdauer;
- f. allfällige Bedingungen des Angebotes.
