Immissionsgrenzwerte für Lärm und Erschütterungen

Die Immissionsgrenzwerte für Lärm und Erschütterungen sind so festzulegen, dass nach dem Stand der Wissenschaft oder der Erfahrung Immissionen unterhalb dieser Werte die Bevölkerung in ihrem Wohlbefinden nicht erheblich stören.
