Art. 48 AIO

Schuldhafte Herbeiführung des Unfalles

Wollte sich der Versicherte nachweislich das Leben nehmen oder sich selbst verstümmeln, so findet Artikel 37 Abs. 1 des Gesetzes keine Anwendung, wenn der Versicherte zur Zeit der Tat ohne Verschulden gänzlich unfähig war, vernunftgemäss zu handeln, oder wenn die Selbsttötung, der Selbsttötungsversuch oder die Selbstverstümmelung die eindeutige Folge eines versicherten Unfalles war.
