Art. 4 GLA

Hat der Geschädigte in die schädigende Handlung eingewilligt oder haben Umstände, für die er einstehen muss, auf die Entstehung oder Verschlimmerung des Schadens eingewirkt, so kann die zuständige Behörde die Ersatzpflicht ermässigen oder gänzlich von ihr entbinden.
