Art. 103a IPA
Für Verträge, die vor dem Inkrafttreten der Änderung vom 19. Juni 2020 abgeschlossen worden sind, gelten folgende Bestimmungen des neuen Rechts:
- a. die Formvorschriften;
- b. das Kündigungsrecht nach den Artikeln 35a und 35b.
