Teilnahme am Wirtschaftsleben oder am Erwerb von Bildung
1 Eine Person nimmt am Wirtschaftsleben teil, wenn sie die Lebenshaltungskosten und Unterhaltsverpflichtungen deckt durch Einkommen, Vermögen oder Leistungen Dritter, auf die ein Rechtsanspruch besteht.
2 Eine Person nimmt am Erwerb von Bildung teil, wenn sie in Aus- oder Weiterbildung ist.
