Art. 44 FSREO

Nach Durchführung des Lastenbereinigungsverfahrens ist festzustellen, ob seit der Pfändung Änderungen im Werte des Grundstückes, wie namentlich infolge Wegfall von Lasten, eingetreten sind. Das Ergebnis einer solchen neuen Schätzung ist den Beteiligten mitzuteilen. Die Bestimmung des Artikels 9 Abs. 2 hiervor findet entsprechende Anwendung.
