Begriff
Nicht als Rodung gilt:
- a. die Beanspruchung von Waldboden für forstliche Bauten und Anlagen sowie für nichtforstliche Kleinbauten und -anlagen;
- b. die Zuweisung von Wald in eine Schutzzone nach Artikel 17 des Raumplanungsgesetzes vom 22. Juni 1979 (RPG), sofern das Schutzziel mit der Walderhaltung in Einklang steht.
