Art. 77 CustA

Inhalt und Form

1 Durch die Zollbürgschaft als Solidarbürgschaft können sichergestellt werden:
  1. a. eine bestimmte Zollforderung (Einzelbürgschaft); oder b. alle Zollforderungen gegenüber der Zollschuldnerin oder dem Zollschuldner (Generalbürgschaft).
2 Die Bürgschaft ist auf amtlichem Formular zu errichten; darin ist namentlich der Höchstbetrag der Haftung einzutragen.
