Art. 11 SocRA
1 Als Aufenthalt nach diesem Gesetz gilt die tatsächliche Anwesenheit in einem Kanton; dieser wird als Aufenthaltskanton bezeichnet.
2 Ist eine offensichtlich hilfsbedürftige, insbesondere eine erkrankte oder verunfallte Person auf ärztliche oder behördliche Anordnung in einen andern Kanton verbracht worden, so gilt der Kanton als Aufenthaltskanton, von dem aus die Zuweisung erfolgte.
