Facts
On November 11, 2003, B. gave birth to her son C., whose filiation with D. was established by judgment of August 8, 2007. On July 23, 2017, the mother filed a request with the Child and Adult Protection Authority of the Littoral and Val-de-Travers (APEA) for a review of the maintenance contribution imposed on the father. By decision of March 16, 2018, the President of the APEA ordered the father to pay his son a maintenance contribution of 1,275 CHF per month as of August 1, 2017.
Ruling on November 19, 2018 on the father's appeal - converted into an appeal - the Court of Child and Adult Protection Measures of the Neuchâtel Cantonal Tribunal reduced the maintenance contribution of the person concerned to 964.15 CHF per month. "for the defense of the mother's interests".
Against this judgment, Ms. A. filed a civil law appeal, subsidiarily a constitutional appeal, with the Federal Tribunal; on the merits, she concludes to the payment of a fee of 1,457.05 CHF for her activity as court-appointed lawyer.
