Facts

On 20 October 2020, [A. AG] and its Chairman of the Board of Directors [B.] filed a claim for damages and satisfaction with the Federal Department of Finance (EFD), naming the Swiss Confederation, the Federal Administration and persons under the Liability Act as the causers of the damage. The EFD rejected the claims by order of 22 September 2021.

On 7 June 2021, [A. AG] and [B.] filed a lawsuit with the FSCA against the Swiss Confederation for unlawful omissions and actions by members of the Federal Council. The FSCA dismissed the lawsuit by judgment of 14 March 2022.

Together with their statement on the statement of defence in the proceedings 2E_3/2021, [A. AG] and [B.] filed an appeal against the order of the EFD of 22 September 2021 by submission of 30 November 2021. The FSCA did not enter into the appeal for lack of a valid object of appeal by judgment of 14 December 2021.

By submission of 14 January 2022, [A. AG] and [B.] requested a revision of the judgment 2C_976/2021. The revision request was rejected by judgment 2F_4/2022 of 28 January 2022.

By a submission designated as "appeal" of 19 February 2022, [A. AG] and [B.] again approached the FSCA. The FSCA then opened the present proceedings 2F_10/2022.

Considerations

The FSCA accepts the submission of 19 February 2022 as a revision request, insofar as it "appeals pursuant to Art. 90 BGG against the FSCA judgment 2F_4/2022 of 28 January 2022 concerning proceedings 2C_976/2021".
