Facts

The appellant [X.] filed a request with the Vice-President of the District Court of Bischofszell for the ordering of interim ex parte divorce protection measures. She requested to be granted separation and to oblige the husband to pay her personal maintenance contributions of CHF 1,736 per month. At the same time, she requested in the form of a regular divorce protection measure to be granted separation for an indefinite period and to regulate the ancillary consequences. For the proceedings, she requested free legal aid with an ex officio lawyer as of 20 October 2006. The Vice-President of the District Court rejected the request for ex parte ordering of maintenance contributions. The applicant appealed against the refusal of the ex officio lawyer, which the High Court of the Canton of Thurgau dismissed by decision of 26 January 2007. The applicant now lodges a complaint with the Federal Supreme Court.
