Facts

Parties: Appellant [A.] against respondent AXA Insurance AG.

Facts: On December 12, 2018, [A.] , a public transport worker, suffered an injury at work after being physically attacked by a driver. He fell on his right elbow and right shoulder and has since complained of discomfort. AXA initially provided benefits but terminated them as of April 30, 2019, as it saw no natural causal connection between the complaints and the accident. Appeal: [A.] appeals against the decision of the cantonal insurance court and requests the annulment of the decision as well as the obligation of AXA to provide benefits under the AIA. Alternatively, he requests the referral of the case back to the lower court.
