Art. 65 Cst.

Statistik

1 Der Bund erhebt die notwendigen statistischen Daten über den Zustand und die Entwicklung von Bevölkerung, Wirtschaft, Gesellschaft, Bildung, Forschung, Raum und Umwelt in der Schweiz.
2 Er kann Vorschriften über die Harmonisierung und Führung amtlicher Register erlassen, um den Erhebungsaufwand möglichst gering zu halten.
