Art. 312 CC

Mit Einverständnis der Eltern

Die Kindesschutzbehörde entzieht die elterliche Sorge: 1. wenn die Eltern aus wichtigen Gründen darum nachsuchen; 2. wenn sie in eine künftige Adoption des Kindes durch ungenannte Dritte eingewilligt haben.
