Übrige Fälle

1 Die Erwachsenenschutzbehörde entlässt den Beistand oder die Beiständin, wenn: 1. die Eignung für die Aufgaben nicht mehr besteht; 2. ein anderer wichtiger Grund für die Entlassung vorliegt.
2 Die Entlassung kann von der betroffenen oder einer ihr nahestehenden Person beantragt werden.
