Form

1 Die Ausschlagung ist von dem Erben bei der zuständigen Behörde mündlich oder schriftlich zu erklären.
2 Sie muss unbedingt und vorbehaltlos geschehen.
3 Die Behörde hat über die Ausschlagungen ein Protokoll zu führen.
