Art. 12 SocRA

Grundsatz

1 Die Unterstützung der Schweizer Bürger obliegt dem Wohnkanton.
2 Hat der Bedürftige keinen Unterstützungswohnsitz, so wird er vom Aufenthaltskanton unterstützt.
3 Der Kanton bezeichnet das unterstützungspflichtige Gemeinwesen und die zuständige Fürsorgebehörde.
