Ersatzpflicht des Wohnkantons

1 Der Wohnkanton vergütet dem Aufenthaltskanton, der einen Bedürftigen im Notfall unterstützt, die Kosten der notwendigen und der in seinem Auftrag ausgerichteten weitern Unterstützung sowie die Kosten der Rückkehr des Unterstützten an den Wohnort.
