The Argentine authorities are conducting a criminal proceeding against unknown perpetrators for attempted fraud and requested legal assistance from Switzerland. The Public Prosecutor's Office I of the Canton of Zurich ordered the release of various bank documents to the Argentine authorities. X., Y. and Z. filed an appeal against this final decision, which the Federal Criminal Court dismissed. Thereupon, X. and Y. filed an appeal in public law matters with the Federal Supreme Court and requested the annulment of the contested decision and the refusal of legal assistance.
Considerations
The Federal Supreme Court does not enter into the appeal, as there is no particularly significant case within the meaning of Art. 84 BGG.
