Dismissal of Requests for Recusal and Non-Consideration of Appeals due to Abuse of Rights

Facts

[A.] has filed thirteen appeals to the Federal Supreme Court since November 29, 2023 until today, mostly due to alleged denials of justice and delays in proceedings by the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Canton of Zurich and the High Court of the Canton of Zurich. Furthermore, three requests for revision by [A.] are pending before the Federal Supreme Court.

[A.] has filed a request for recusal against Federal Judge Koch and Federal Judge Abrecht. He justifies his requests by claiming that the judges are biased.

Considerations

The Federal Supreme Court dismisses the request for recusal against Federal Judge Koch, as the mere participation in previous proceedings of the appellant does not constitute a ground for recusal. The alleged erroneous judgments and the filing of a lawsuit against Federal Judge Koch also do not establish bias.
