Facts

The appellant [A.] filed a claim against the bank [B. AG] with the Commercial Court of the Canton of Zurich on October 9, 2021 and simultaneously requested the granting of legal aid. The Commercial Court set deadlines for the claimant to submit documents and to designate a domicile for service in Switzerland. As the claimant did not comply with these requests, the Commercial Court did not enter into the matter in application of Art. 101 para. 3 CPC.

The appellant filed an appeal against this decision of May 16, 2022 with the Federal Supreme Court.
