Facts
On 12 September 2002, [X.] suffered a riding accident. The Public Prosecutor's Office of the Canton of Schwyz accuses him of having subsequently feigned incapacity for work to various insurance companies and thus wrongfully received insurance benefits amounting to a total of around 1 million Swiss francs.
The Criminal Court of Schwyz found [X.] guilty of commercial fraud on 24 July 2014. The Cantonal Court of Schwyz sentenced him on 20/22 October 2015 in the appeal proceedings for commercial fraud and multiple violations of the OASIA, InvIA and OPA.
The Office of the Attorney General of the Canton of Schwyz and the Pension Fund [A.] are filing criminal appeals against the judgment of the Cantonal Court of Schwyz.
