[P.], a scientific employee in salary category 22 at the administration of the Canton of Berne, requested the reclassification of his position to salary category 23. His request was rejected by the personnel office of the Canton of Berne, and then on appeal by the finance department of the Canton of Berne. [P.] then appealed this decision to the Cantonal Administrative Court, which dismissed his appeal. [P.] subsequently filed an appeal with the Federal Tribunal (procedure 8C_5/2012). During the federal procedure, [P.] also requested the revision of the decision of the Cantonal Administrative Court before that instance. The Cantonal Administrative Court refused to consider this request for revision.Considerations
