Rejection of a supplementary complaint filed out of time

Facts

The G. Personalfürsorgestiftung filed a complaint with the cantonal supervisory authority regarding an enforcement procedure. After the expiry of the appeal period, the Stiftung attempted to supplement its initial complaint, which the cantonal authority refused. The Stiftung then appealed to the Federal Tribunal.

Considerations

The Federal Tribunal confirmed the rejection of the supplementary complaint by the cantonal authority.
