Art. 123 CO

1 Im Konkurse des Schuldners können die Gläubiger ihre Forderungen, auch wenn sie nicht fällig sind, mit Forderungen, die dem Gemeinschuldner ihnen gegenüber zustehen, verrechnen.
2 Die Ausschliessung oder Anfechtung der Verrechnung im Konkurse des Schuldners steht unter den Vorschriften des Schuldbetreibungs- und Konkursrechts.
