Art. 131 CO

1 Bei Leibrenten und ähnlichen periodischen Leistungen beginnt die Verjährung für das Forderungsrecht im Ganzen mit dem Zeitpunkte, in dem die erste rückständige Leistung fällig war.
2 Ist das Forderungsrecht im Ganzen verjährt, so sind es auch die einzelnen Leistungen.
