Art. 137 CO

1 Mit der Unterbrechung beginnt die Verjährung von neuem.
2 Wird die Forderung durch Ausstellung einer Urkunde anerkannt oder durch Urteil des Richters festgestellt, so ist die neue Verjährungsfrist stets die zehnjährige.
