Art. 144 CO

Haftung der Schuldner

1 Der Gläubiger kann nach seiner Wahl von allen Solidarschuldnern je nur einen Teil oder das Ganze fordern.
2 Sämtliche Schuldner bleiben so lange verpflichtet, bis die ganze Forderung getilgt ist.
