Auflösende Bedingung

1 Ein Vertrag, dessen Auflösung vom Eintritte einer Bedingung abhängig gemacht worden ist, verliert seine Wirksamkeit mit dem Zeitpunkte, wo die Bedingung in Erfüllung geht.
2 Eine Rückwirkung findet in der Regel nicht statt.
