Art. 22 CO

1 Durch Vertrag kann die Verpflichtung zum Abschluss eines künftigen Vertrages begründet werden.
2 Wo das Gesetz zum Schutze der Vertragschliessenden für die Gültigkeit des künftigen Vertrages eine Form vorschreibt, gilt diese auch für den Vorvertrag.
