Pflicht des Mieters zu kleinen Reinigungen und Ausbesserungen

Der Mieter muss Mängel, die durch kleine, für den gewöhnlichen Unterhalt erforderliche Reinigungen oder Ausbesserungen behoben werden können, nach Ortsgebrauch auf eigene Kosten beseitigen.
