Art. 269c CO

Die Vereinbarung, dass sich der Mietzins periodisch um einen bestimmten Betrag erhöht, ist nur gültig, wenn:
  1. a. der Mietvertrag für mindestens drei Jahre abgeschlossen wird;
  2. b. der Mietzins höchstens einmal jährlich erhöht wird; und c. der Betrag der Erhöhung in Franken festgelegt wird.
