Art. 335 CO

Kündigung im Allgemeinen

1 Ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis kann von jeder Vertragspartei gekündigt werden.
2 Der Kündigende muss die Kündigung schriftlich begründen, wenn die andere Partei dies verlangt.
