Art. 360 CO

1 Die Bestimmungen des Normalarbeitsvertrages gelten unmittelbar für die ihm unterstellten Arbeitsverhältnisse, soweit nichts anderes verabredet wird.
2 Der Normalarbeitsvertrag kann vorsehen, dass Abreden, die von einzelnen seiner Bestimmungen abweichen, zu ihrer Gültigkeit der schriftlichen Form bedürfen.
