Art. 426 CO
1 Der Kommissionär hat dem Kommittenten die erforderlichen Nachrichten zu geben und insbesondere von der Ausführung des Auftrages sofort Anzeige zu machen.
2 Er ist zur Versicherung des Kommissionsgutes nur verpflichtet, wenn er vom Kommittenten Auftrag dazu erhalten hat.
