Art. 431 CO

1 Der Kommissionär ist berechtigt, für alle im Interesse des Kommittenten gemachten Vorschüsse, Auslagen und andere Verwendungen Ersatz zu fordern und von diesen Beträgen Zinse zu berechnen.
2 Er kann auch die Vergütung für die benutzten Lagerräume und Transportmittel, nicht aber den Lohn seiner Angestellten in Rechnung bringen.
