1 Auf den Inhaber lautende Aktien dürfen erst nach der Einzahlung des vollen Nennwertes ausgegeben werden.
2 Vor der Volleinzahlung ausgegebene Aktien sind nichtig. Schadenersatzansprüche bleiben vorbehalten.
