Austritt

1 Ein Gesellschafter kann aus wichtigem Grund beim Gericht auf Bewilligung des Austritts klagen.
2 Die Statuten können den Gesellschaftern ein Recht auf Austritt einräumen und dieses von bestimmten Bedingungen abhängig machen.
