Bildung der Firma

1 Handelsgesellschaften und Genossenschaften können unter Wahrung der allgemeinen Grundsätze der Firmenbildung ihre Firma frei wählen. In der Firma muss die Rechtsform angegeben werden.
2 Der Bundesrat legt fest, welche Abkürzungen der Rechtsformen zulässig sind.
