Ausschliesslichkeit der eingetragenen Firma

Die Firma einer Handelsgesellschaft oder einer Genossenschaft muss sich von allen in der Schweiz bereits eingetragenen Firmen von Handelsgesellschaften und Genossenschaften deutlich unterscheiden.
